Job Description

Dress Code :

  • Pants must be Jeans (Blue or Solid Black, not washed black) or Khakis (Blue, Black, or Khaki tan).
  • Sneakers are acceptable.
  • Shirt must be Black.
  • Jacket can be Black or Navy.
  • No logos / graphics allowed.

Interview Type : In-Person

  • Parking is the candidate's responsibility :

    • Nearby parking available for $67 / month.

  • Free Emory Bus service connects to the MARTA train line.

    • Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Prior experience in mail services is preferred.
  • May require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage as per Ricoh's policy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of shipping / receiving procedures.
  • Basic electronics knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Skilled in determining the correct packing method and verifying packing slips for accuracy.
  • Capable of following instructions regarding mail delivery processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical information such as manuals and parts books.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

    • Working Conditions and Physical Demands

  • Exposure to various weather conditions when walking between buildings.
  • Regular interaction with customers, employees, and managers, with occasional contact with vendors and equipment repair personnel.
  • Requires managing tight deadlines and handling high-stress situations.
  • Some physical effort is necessary, including :
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing.
  • Lifting / moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Pushing / pulling equipment on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs for repairs.
  • Walking between buildings may be required.
