JT's is hiring experienced hospitality professionals for the upcoming busy summer season! A passion for excellence and determination to be the very best drive us, and we are looking for like minded individuals in all Front of House positions. We are a high volume Italian restaurant with a focus on wine and fresh food, all while maintaining a high standard of service in all our departments.

Host / Hostess - High energy and able to multi task while keeping a smile is crucial to this role. Guest's feeling warm and welcomed moments after walking through our door is a top priority. Experience with Resy or a related seating system is ideal. Responsibilities include making reservations over the phone, entering in take out orders, seating guests as they arrive, as well as some housekeeping during a shift.

Server Assistant / Busser - Organized and working clean define this role. Initial guest interactions at the table require a calm demeanor and the ability to approach people with ease. A great starting point in the hospitality field.  Responsibilities include setting tables in a proper and prompt fashion, interacting with guests to assist with clearing and resetting during the course of their meal, and working with servers to enhance the guest experience.

Server - Hospitality and knowledge are integral to this role. People skills like reading a table and anticipating guest needs are at the forefront, as well as being able to actively suggest food and beverage pairings that will enhance the guest experience. Previous work with Toast or a comparable system is helpful.  Responsibilities include taking orders and ringing them in to the kitchen, answering any questions a guest may have and trying to find ways to go above and beyond to exceed expectations, running sidework to ensure the operations runs smoothly, and closing duties to set the next shift up for success.

Bartender - Fast paced skill set and knowledgeable on all things food / beverage is required. High volume bar that mixes classic cocktails with out own signature drinks, extensive wine list, and broad draft beer program.  Responsibilities include keeping a clean and orderly work space, including the bar top, providing exceptional service to any and all guests who sit at the bar - no different than sitting at a table, and crafting drinks in a efficient manner for the restaurant as a whole.

We are open 7 days a week in addition to Saturday and Sunday brunch. A Fine Dining background is preferred, but any restaurant experience in the related position of over 3 years will be considered. Apply online or in person.
