Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant who will provide administrative support to HR, Recruitment and other teams within our GRC corporate location in Moon Township, PA. This position receives regular supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to various teams within the corporate office.
- Maintains personnel records and files as needed.
- Inputs data into the HRIS and maintains working knowledge of capabilities and requirements of the HRIS.
- Generates and assists in preparation of various Human Resources reports.
- Responds to employee requests for information.
- Assists with the preparation of new hire orientation.
- Assists with audits include financial, benefits, or HR records.
- Manages conference room scheduling and set-up.
- Supports the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, maintaining internship records, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Oversees the sorting and distribution of office mail for GRC locations.
- Coordinates with County job training centers to identify GRC positions that meet the criteria for job training assistance and reimbursements.
- Assists with special project as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attends mandatory GRC in-services and trainings.
