Who You Are :

This role is an amazing entry point into HR with exposure to recruitment, talent strategy, and executive-level operations. You'll gain hands-on experience, work closely with a supportive team, and be part of a company that values its people. We're looking for a People Team Coordinator who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in building a world-class team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment efforts-helping to create an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll also provide high-level administrative support to our CPO, giving you firsthand exposure to strategic HR operations.

What You'll Do :

Own the candidate experience-schedule and coordinate interviews across teams, keep candidates informed, and ensure a seamless process

Manage the CPO's calendar-schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and keep everything running smoothly

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range

90,000-$110,000 USD
