Descriptions & requirements Job Description Our Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) Picker/Loaders are critical to our success at FritoLay! GES Picker/Loaders are responsible for a variety of warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse referred to as Geographic Enterprise Solutions. Although you will start out as a GES Picker/Loader for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. *In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:* * · Pick the correct products for customer orders using warehouse technology including pick-to-light systems. * · Ensure proper cart handling throughout the warehouse and within trailers. * · Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases safely on the trailer floor. * · Organize cartons by recycling damages and sorting reusable cartons to be reused in the plant. * · General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash). * · Meet performance and productivity expectations while following all safety and quality standards. We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical!
