A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide support and service to customers. Key Responsibilities Process membership referrals and applications while ensuring compliance with program requirements Engage potential members, guiding them through the assessment process and addressing inquiries Collaborate with teams to improve processes and maintain accurate member records in compliance with regulations Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Member or Customer Support, preferably in healthcare or wellness 1+ years of consultative or outbound sales experience preferred Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM / contact center platforms Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Written and verbal fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred
