What Will You Do?

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in addressing the HR needs of our business units and implementing best practices to achieve our corporate objectives. Your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting employee and labor relations.
• Managing performance and coaching supervisors.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitating company training sessions.
• Onboarding new employees and conducting feedback meetings.
