As a Permanent Field Service Business Associate in the Manufacturing industry, you will be a critical part of our team, driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our field services. This role is a perfect match for those who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who possess a strong blend of technical and business acumen. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by utilizing your skills in Microsoft Office, data management, and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide top-notch support for field service operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
2. Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other data management tools to create, maintain, and manage reports, presentations, and databases.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
4. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
5. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering customer loyalty.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
8. Assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing your technical and business expertise.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry or related field.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data management tools.
3. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
4. Excellent business acumen with an ability to understand and address customer needs.
5. Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
7. High level of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
