Job Title : Content Specialist (Front of House)

Compensation : $83,750 - $102,500 Annual Salary

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role :

Din Tai Fung is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Specialist for Front of House (FOH) operations. This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of training content and materials for various FOH positions, including Greeters, Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, and Cashiers. The ideal candidate will have some experience in FOH operations, technical writing, and content creation. This position plays a key role in supporting the FOH teams to maintain Din Tai Fung's high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
