HR and ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Exciting opportunity to learn or expand on your Human Resources knowledge.

This role will support both Human Resources and Accounts Payables.

POSITION SUMMARY

To assist the Human Resources Business Partner with the daily responsibilities of the Human Resources department, and to service the employees with assistance regarding benefits, policies, and routine Human Resources related issues. Provide financial support to the accounting team through Accounts Payable tasks.

Responsibilities :

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : High school diploma or equivalency.

Experience : Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in an HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems, Canva, able to navigate the company intranet. Required to gain working knowledge of Dayforce HRIS.

Work schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m.

Wednesday : 10 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 30 p.m.
