The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seekinga highly motivated On-Site Installation Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of multiple large and complex C4ISR installation projects aboard U.S. Navy surface and subsurface vessels. This role involves installation planning, project execution, risk management, and quality assurance oversight while working closely with Naval Supervising Authorities, Program Sponsors, and various government stakeholders.

Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Coordination & Support :

Assist in managing the execution of large-scale C4ISR installation projects.

Support C4ISR execution team activities across all installation phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout).

Develop, maintain, and brief installation progress reports, plans, and milestones.

Daily reports on installation progress

Review Alteration Installation Team (AIT) work statements to ensure compliance with NAVSEA Technical Specifications and Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual.

Track and manage material and equipment shipments for installations.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in knowledge management and issue resolution.

Assist in preparing and coordinating various testing activities, including :

Cryptographic hardware and keymat requirements

Generate bi-weekly status reports on work products and deliverables.
