About the Role

TEKsystems's client is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to join a high-volume, fast-paced medical office in Baltimore. This is an entry-level opportunity with potential for permanent placement in a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Manage check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations and referrals
• Conduct pre-checks for insurance and documentation ahead of visits
• Perform heavy administrative tasks in a high-volume setting (175 patients / day)
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers

Work Environment

Busy practice with 175 patients per day

Dress code : Scrubs or business casual

Parking : $3 / day during contract (garage / street / public); discounted garage rate upon permanent hire

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
