Lead Developer

A company is looking for a Lead Developer to serve as a hands-on technical leader for their Marine Suite product.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in SDLC estimation and planning for complex assignments

Develop solutions and provide technical leadership and oversight to team members

Create designs that reduce complexity and improve code quality through thoughtful architecture

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in building and shipping production services / features end-to-end

Strong expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API) and SQL Server

Experience with CI / CD automation and defining / enforcing quality gates

Ability to work effectively across a distributed team while aligning with US working hours

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
