Descripción del trabajoOversee all jobsite crew members and activities, including equipment, materials, and subcontractors, in accordance with company policies, contract obligations, prints, specs, and regulations to foster safe, high-quality, efficient work. Champion safety as a value with your team members and in all aspects of your jobsite. Invest in your team as you supervise, train, coach, mentor, and manage. Attend meetings, maintain documentation, and prepare required reports in a timely manner. Live out Brubacher’s core values – Safety, Integrity, Initiative, Teamwork – as you build collaborative relationships with team members, clients, inspectors, and community members. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and coach team members. Experience working with construction plans, equipment, soils, work force, and materials. Ability to manage schedules, plan, and interpret blueprints and contracts. Construction experience with understanding of responsibilities on a variety of jobsites.
