Experienced Full Time Nanny

Full Time Nanny- Berkeley, MI

A warm and loving family seeks an experienced full-time nanny to help care for there 8 month old child. The household is inclusive, respectful, and values open communication, kindness, and play-based learning.

About the Role:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• Type: Full-Time, guaranteed 40 hours

Compensation & Benefits:

• 2 weeks PTO, 2 sick/personal days, 6 paid holidays
• $25-28 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally-appropriate care
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks for the children
• Support light child-related housekeeping
• Accompany family on outings or to local activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Experienced in caring for infants/toddlers/young children
• Most importantly, a welcoming, LGBTQ+ affirming nanny who values respect, kindness, and openness encouraged to apply.
• Great communication skills and be a team player
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have 3-5 professional references
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Fluent or conversational in any language is a plus!
