Software Development Team Lead

A company is looking for a Software Development Team Lead (TL2).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers and QA in an Agile / Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while maintaining high software quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software products

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Software Developer with prior technical leadership experience

Bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field

Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and fundamental web technologies (HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)

Experience with agile development methodologies, source control management, and automated testing

Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software
