Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Need experience in Automotive Background

As a Technical Writer, you will:

• Conduct research, interviews, and data analyses on a range of emerging technology sectors.
• Partner with investment team to gain insights and understand their perspectives on the current startup landscape in different sectors.
• Work directly with the director of marketing to understand processes, audience, report formats, and deadlines.
• Create content for industry market briefs, market maps, and other research reports/presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (relevant graduate degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience as a research/technical writer for a business audience
• Previous experience in the market research, venture capital, or management consulting fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of a variety of frontier/climate technologies
• Market research and data analysis experience
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Passionate about emerging technologies
• Candidates must submit a portfolio of existing work
