Earn More : Your hard work is rewarded with competitive pay and annual wage increases based on performance. 401(k) Plan : Secure your future with company contributions Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of licensed staff. Verify resident identity before medication administration and document medication dosage and time. Monitor residents for responses to medication and report any adverse reactions to the supervising nurse. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility. Recognize and promptly report any changes in resident conditions to charge staff. Accurately observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and food intake / output as required. Support co-workers by providing assistance as needed or requested. Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required. Provide housekeeping duties, including cleaning of common areas and resident rooms. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide tours of the Community when necessary. Standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently. Lifting up to 25 lbs.; pushing, pulling, or lowering up to 100 lbs. Ability to push a resident in a wheelchair up to 350 lbs. Utilize safety equipment such as gait belts and mechanical lifts as required. Follow proper procedures for resident care, including two-person lifts when necessary. Utilize required PPE to prevent exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Report work-related injuries within 12 hours and participate in required documentation. Participation in company drug testing procedures. Must be at least 18 years old. High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course and obtain certification in the state of MO. Training at the Community to obtain Med Level One course certification. Active certification in good standing.

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team and provide high-quality care for our residents. The CMA plays a crucial role in ensuring proper medication administration and assisting residents with daily living activities in a home-like environment.
