Position Overview:
Attain Behavioral Health is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) . As an LPC/LSW, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Toledo Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families.

Competitive salary based on experience. ($55,000.00 - $76,500.00 per year)
Health insurance coverage with 50% contribution towards COBRA or marketplace insurance plans.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)or(LSW) Licensed social worker.
Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team.
Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.
Dedication to continuous professional development.
