Supervisor Rehabilitation Services
Position Summary
Coordinates and oversees the daily operations of Rehabilitation Services in accordance with organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and standards. Provides leadership and direction to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance of rehabilitation staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Oversee patient evaluations and collaborate with clinicians to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal quality and safety standards.
- Monitor staff adherence to reimbursement and documentation requirements.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to promote professional growth and operational excellence.
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental strategic plans, goals, and budgets.
- Apply sound judgment and experience to plan, prioritize, and accomplish departmental objectives.
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist requiredIdaho licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech / language pathologist requiredA minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience requiredBLS requiredAs part of the application process, please provide a cover letter highlighting your experience and interest in this role.
