Descripción del trabajoFacilitate life engagement activities according to the approved schedule and in conjunction with individual resident's Negotiated Service Agreements Provide feedback to the Life Engagement Director regarding success of scheduled programming, including recommendation for program enhancements Continually observe resident satisfaction with life engagement programming and look for opportunities to engage resident families for feedback regarding individual resident preferences Communicate with community leadership and resident families regarding successes and challenges observed while facilitating programs Educate residents, resident families, community leaders, and team members on the importance of life engagement programming Serve as a resource for team members regarding opportunities for additional informal life engagement activities outside of the scheduled programming
