Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Controls / Audits / SPM or PPM.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform project reviews to ensure adherence to delivery standards and procedures, analyzing project documentation within ServiceNow

Conduct partial reviews of projects on short notice based on specific triggers

Summarize findings across multiple projects over time, highlighting trends and ensuring remediation of issues

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in quality assurance or process control audits

Experience using ServiceNow PPM or SPM modules

Core knowledge of waterfall project management processes, evidenced by experience in project management or PMO roles

CAPM or PMP certification preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
