Server Job Description

Our Server's ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience! Interacting with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver food and beverages orders in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, team player and ability to multitask are what make our Server's successful.

What You Will Do :

• Prove menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests / concerns.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.
