Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure readiness before their start date
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance tasks
Assist with payroll, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in a related field
2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP
Background in high-volume background screening and onboarding is preferred but not required
