JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the art direction for our media company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of animation and VFX, with a proven track record of creating compelling content for YouTube, television, and film projects. You will lead and inspire a talented creative team, guiding the visual and artistic direction of all projects from concept through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide creative leadership and art direction for all animated and VFX-driven content, ensuring a high standard of visual quality and innovation.
• Develop and implement the visual style and conceptual framework for each project, adapting and designing in a variety of artistic styles as needed.
• Oversee the entire creative pipeline, from initial storyboarding and concept art to final execution, ensuring that all creative assets are consistent with the project's vision.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 2D and 3D artists, animators, and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work concurrently on multiple projects for various platforms (YouTube, TV, film) with differing visual requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with producers, writers, and other department heads to align creative strategies with project objectives and brand goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging creative techniques to keep the company at the forefront of visual content production.
• Act as the key stakeholder for all art and design decisions, providing clear, constructive feedback and ensuring all creative work meets project specifications and brand standards.
