A company is looking for a Collaborative Physician in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Collaborative Physician in accordance with state laws and NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement
Conduct periodic quality reviews of NP's patient charts as per state requirements
Provide consultation to NPs on patient care activities via phone or electronic communication during operational hours
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of the credentialing process
Current board certification
Valid state medical, federal DEA, and CDS licenses without sanctions in South Carolina
