Innosight is seeking an Associate to join our consulting team. This role is central to addressing client needs and driving team progress, with ample opportunities for impact and growth. As an Associate, you will help address strategic challenges for leading healthcare providers including hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers. You'll support the development of innovative strategies, growth initiatives, and partnerships that shape the future of healthcare.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with engagement teams to develop and refine strategic client recommendations
• Leading and managing one or more workstreams
• Breaking down complex problems
• Creating polished deliverables such as presentations and reports
• Actively contributing to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
• Presenting confidently to clients
• Conducting primary and secondary research
• Supporting internal initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with an external, client-facing management consulting firm
• Strong interest in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) is required
• Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Innosight reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Innosight's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $144,000 - $204,000.
