Pay Range : $24-$26 DOE

Shifts : Day / Eve / NOC

FULL TIME ONLY

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents
• Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid / food intake, BM / Bladder activity, transfers, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas
• Provide transport assistance as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care
• Report to direct supervisor any staff / resident issues / concerns as necessary
