Descripción del trabajoProvide care for Emergency Department (ED) patients and back bedded patients. Use EPIC electronic health record system. May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start. Must complete FACIS Questionnaire if any disciplinary actions exist. Must have current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start. Must complete Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% score. Must have up-to-date TNCC certification renewed every 4 years. Must complete Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%. Must complete Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation. Must complete Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding onsite. Must complete Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules prior to clearance. Must complete Ascension Epic Test-Out with signed attestation. Must provide documented proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted. Must complete Fit Test prior to start or onsite; updated annually. Must provide documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination. Must receive Influenza Vaccine during flu season or wear mask if exempted. Must provide Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire if applicable. Must provide statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually. Must have valid Driver's License / State ID matching address on file. Must provide 2 Step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes and TB questionnaire updated annually. Must provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or immunity; no declinations accepted. Must have valid Tdap vaccination within 10 years; no declinations accepted. Must submit Ascension Profile (resume). Must provide at least two professional references prior to first assignment. Must complete Ascension Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search, and National Sex Offender check within 30 days of first assignment. Must complete Ascension EPLS check within 90 days of start. Must complete Ascension Skills Checklist clinical only within one year of start; updated annually for specialty. Must complete Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start; updated annually. Must complete Ascension Education Verification within 90 days of start. Must provide Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and updates upon extension. Must provide Ascension Employment Verification for past seven years; updated annually. Every Other Week (EOW) schedule. Every Other Holiday (EOH) schedule. May need to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding. Ascension Resume required for submission. Ascension Unit Specific Checklist optional for onboarding, must be uploaded by unit leader within a week. Ascension MOAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification optional but available. Hiring Manager Evaluation post-assignment optional. Ascension Name Change Document optional.
