JOB DESCRIPTION :

Lehman Daman Construction Services is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair requests. This position requires quality workmanship and a customer focused attitude ensuring ongoing referrals and repeat business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform all tasks within Lehman Damans safety program
• Perform preventative maintenance on various items and functions
• Assemble, install and / or repair various items such as mechanicals, plumbing, carpentry, machinery, structural, roofing and painting
• Responsible for maintaining the project schedule, cost, and quality
• Direct communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs
• Ensure that all maintenance repairs conform to quality standards, laws, and regulations
• Ability to operate trade tools and maintain accurate inventory of all materials and tools
• Wear safety equipment and observe all safety practices and guidelines
• Keep required paperwork, such as daily reports, mileage, expenses, and timesheets
