90% shoulder and knee arthroscopy, 10% shoulder and knee totals
General orthopedic and sports medicine focus
OR scheduling based on clinic case volume generated
Coverage needed due to high patient volume
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
