Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day operations of the front office, including patient registration and scheduling
Interview patients to collect accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information
Coordinate insurance verification and collect patient liabilities, ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of insurance terminology, pre-certification, and medical terminology preferred
Proficiency in typing, data entry, and basic computer skills
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work with minimal direction after training
