We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team immediately, offering an ongoing opportunity to make a positive impact on patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care
• Serve patients across all age groups in a busy, digital, and paperless clinic
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as Digital X-rays, Intraoral cameras, panoramic machine, CBCT, and air-driven handpieces
• Maintain high standards of patient care and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a skilled team including an office manager, RDHs, DAs, EFDA, and front desk staff

Required Skills:

• Valid active Oregon (OH) dental license
• Proven experience in performing a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a digital, paperless environment
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with implant restorations and advanced digital imaging
• Bilingual proficiency
• Familiarity with patient education and behavioral management techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
• Prior experience working with the technologies listed is desirable but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a varying schedule, including shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some extended hours
• Flexibility to consider covering travel and lodging expenses for the right candidate
• Ability to start as soon as credentialed, with ongoing employment preferred
