About the Role : Were looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who can blend technical expertise with creative instinct. This role is about turning data into meaningful customer connections through email, SMS, and loyalty programs, with a sharp focus on producing the Shinola Newsletter, our flagship communication that highlights new product drops, brand storytelling, and local retail happenings. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and excited about analytics as they are about the latest Shinola release.
Youll sit on the Ecommerce team, report to the Director of Ecommerce, and collaborate with nearly every corner of the company. This is a visible, high-impact role based out of our Detroit headquarters and works across many departments.
