A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative responsible for managing unpaid invoices and ensuring effective claim processing.
Key Responsibilities
Review ETM worklist to identify potential problem areas and unpaid claims
Contact carriers to inquire about unpaid claims through various channels
Analyze AR trends and report errors affecting claim processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum two years of medical billing experience preferred, focusing on research and claim denials
Knowledge of physician billing and health care reimbursement, particularly Medicare and Medicaid
Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
