    • Responsibilities :

  • &##129466; Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • &##128483;️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment
  • &##128196; Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)
  • ✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)
  • &##128295; Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication
  • &##129695; Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and / or frame
  • &##128736;️ Install and attach hardware
  • &##128064; Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance
  • &##128230; Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment
  • &##128161; Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
  • &##129532; Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • &##128203; Perform other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • &##128216; Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders
  • ➕ Basic math skills : addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
  • &##128207; Ability to read a tape measure to 1 / 16 inch accuracy
  • &##128170; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift
  • &##128694; Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks
  • &##129309; A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability
  • &##127919; Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards
  • &##129504; Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals
  • &##128736;️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus
