Position Overview

Legacy Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist on behalf of our client, a growing property management firm in Bakersfield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong grasp of property operations and compliance. You’ll be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards. The position is Temp-to-Hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Coordinate property maintenance and vendor scheduling for repairs and upkeep
• Maintain accurate documentation and property management records
• Implement administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Use Yardi software to manage leases, payments, and tenant interactions
• Support marketing efforts by upselling available units and promoting property features
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with facilities teams to resolve property-related issues
