Descripción del trabajo35 years of experience in AV operations or support . Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer interaction skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This range is provided by TECEZE. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$40,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and related systems.
