Required Skills :

• 2+ years’ experience is essential
• Strong writing abilities in drafting pleadings, responses, discovery, and other related matters.
• Must be competent in managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• A background in real property litigation, construction litigation, or mergers and acquisitions would be very helpful.
• Good communication skills
