This role is responsible for overseeing the company's sales and operations while implementing business strategies that ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Development implementation of the sales strategy for North America.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments
• Go-to-market process (objectives, sales channels, etc.) as well as close coordination and cooperation to gain market share
• P&L responsibility in the region.
• Preparation of the mid-term plan, the annual budget, as well as forecast and demand planning.
• Organizational development, Building and expanding new markets, Employee development
