Your Role :

• Deliver direct nursing care with compassion and expertise.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing excellent care.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
