About the Role
The Front Desk is the face of the club. You are the first and last impression for every member and guest.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you will manage check-ins, answer phones, support members, and actively promote memberships, personal training, and retail products.
Important: This role requires working a mix of early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. You will also be expected to confidently recommend and sell memberships, smoothies, and supplements.
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with questions, billing, and account updates
- Sell memberships, personal training, smoothies, and DotFIT supplements
- Give tours and convert guests into members
- Handle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support daily club operations and communication with the team
You are expected to take ownership of the front desk and create a great experience every shift.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and shows up on time every shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident communicating with members and asking for the sale
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience: $12 to $15
