Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the commercial lines department by managing certificates of insurance, handling carrier correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and underwriters. The ideal candidate will have a strong insurance acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Review and issue certificates of insurance on the same day as requested.
Manage incoming carrier correspondence, including policies, endorsements, audits, and notices.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
