Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard in Marble Falls, TX is looking for a tasting room associate to join our new team. We are located just 6 miles from Lago Vista at 24912 Singleton Bend E, Marble Falls, TX.

We are looking for an energetic individual who knows about wine, or who is wanting to learn. We have three different venue options on property, including the full service restaurant, and out door pavilion with live music, and the tasting room. The ideal candidate will be able to work in either location depending on the day's demand, and will be self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Pay : Hourly plus Tips!! Potential $50K plus per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct tastings for walk-in guests and occasional scheduled groups.
• Educate the guests about the wine and our winery to create a value-added experience.
• Develop the relationship with the guest in order to sell our wine and wine club memberships.
• Handle routine purchasing transactions, which includes the operation of a point of sale system, handling cash transactions, accounting of daily sales and processing returns and discounts.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, physical inventory counts, housekeeping and other back-of-house duties as needed.
• Occasionally assist with winery special events and tastings at festivals or other events.
• Assist with shipments.
• Work in a team environment and open to performing other duties as assigned by Manager
