Director of Internal Communications

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Communications - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated internal communications strategy for the Operations organization

Support the Chief Operations Officer on internal-facing communications, including leadership messages and town halls

Partner with Operations leaders and HR to ensure aligned and effective messaging

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of internal communications experience, particularly in Operations-focused communications

Experience in shaping communications for on-site operational environments

Proven track record of collaborating with HR / People teams for effective messaging

Experience using AI tools to enhance communication strategies

Ability to apply data and analytics to measure communication effectiveness
