This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of our community, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, and equipment
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Occasionally work weekends as required to ensure continuous community operations
