Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Our growing clinic is ready to welcome an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist who shares our passion and philosophy for working with kids to join our team! Jump Start Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned multidisciplinary private practice with 18 years of experience specializing in the evaluation and treatment of children from birth through adolescence. Our skilled physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists have earned a strong reputation for providing high-quality, team-oriented care to children in our community. We take a comprehensive approach to supporting the medical, physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being of each child. Our providers are skilled in delivering trauma-informed care.

• Qualifications :
• Master's degree from an accredited SLP program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Idaho SLP license or eligible
• Collaborative team spirit
• Excellent communication with ability to easily build rapport
• Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Desire for ongoing professional development
• Skills and Experience :
• Pediatric speech and language
• Pediatric feeding and swallowing
• AAC
• Executive functioning
• Gestalt language processing
• Orofacial myofunctional therapy
• Responsibilities :
• Work on-site in our outpatient clinic with occasional telehealth visits as needed.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide direct intervention for pediatric clients.
• Complete thorough and prompt electronic documentation.
• Effectively communicate with team members and community providers to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to support the needs of those in your care.

Pay : $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience :

pediatric outpatient speech and feeding : 2 years (Preferred)
