A company is looking for a VP of Engineering, responsible for managing the engineering team and collaborating with the CEO and CTO on company strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee engineering process and delivery, ensuring alignment with product priorities and timelines
Manage engineering and QA teams, focusing on performance, growth, and team culture
Collaborate with the CTO to maintain operational excellence and triage technical escalations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack experience, preferably with Angular, PHP, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and Docker
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team performance and talent management
Ability to bridge business priorities and technical realities effectively
Strong understanding of engineering processes and delivery improvements
