Office Manager – ABA Clinic | Durham, NC

Clinic-Based | Full-Time

At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we provide high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism thrive. Behind every successful therapy session is a strong operational foundation—and that’s where you come in.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our Durham clinic . If you’re organized, people-focused, and ready to support meaningful work, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment
  • Partner with BCBAs, HR, and administrative teams to streamline staff and client onboarding
  • Develop and maintain systems for scheduling, communication, and organization
  • Track performance metrics and monitor operational workflows
  • Manage staff scheduling, including updates and availability tracking
  • Lead internal communications to keep clinical and administrative teams aligned
  • Organize training sessions, staff engagement activities, and appreciation events
  • Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of office, clinic, or operations management experience ( healthcare or behavioral health preferred )
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with empathy and build positive team relationships
  • Comfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeed
