Home Care Field Specialist – $20 / hr + Benefits

Gurnee, IL |  On the Road | 35–40 hrs / week

Weekdays + Weekends | Weekly Pay | Benefits Eligible

Responsibilities What You’ll Do-

Step into home care shifts as needed — short notice, call-offs, or vacations

Assist clients of all ages with daily living (ADLs), personal care & safety

Help train and mentor new caregivers on-site

Occasionally help in the office with scheduling, calls, or client introductions

Be part of a rotating after-hours on-call team

Travel within our service area (you’ll be on the move!)

Required Skills What We’re Looking For-

1+ year caregiving or home care experience preferred

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Must have your own insured vehicle , valid driver’s license

Willing to care for clients in a variety of home environments (pets / smoking)

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR certification, TB / physical (or willing to obtain)
